Fever offers "groups" for subscriptions i.e. arbitrary many-to-many tags, instead of folders.

After some discussion we have concluded tags and folders should remain separate constructs rather than trying to synthesize tags from folders or vice versa. Consequently, Fever groups will be non-functional until such time as another protocol with subscription tags is implemented.
